Incunabula is a cardigan worked flat and seamlessly with sleeves worked in the round using a set-in short-row construction. Incunabula is inspired by Johann Gutenberg’s invention of the printing press and takes its name from early modern printed books.

The pattern is fully charted and written out. It includes a schematic and tips on how to modify fit. Suitable for experienced knitters.

The Incunabula sample pictured was created with our British Classic DK yarn range (no longer available). We recommend using one of our current DK ranges such as Samite DK, Folklore DK or any of our woollen DK yarns. 

To make this gorgeous knitted cardigan you will need the following quantities for the sizes shown:

XS (S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X):

7 (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) x 50g balls or

4 (4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6) x 100g skeins
