This Guernsey pullover is a good introductory design, modelled on the Cornish designs with a textured yoke and plain body. It is worked back and forth to reduce weight while knitting though experienced Guernsey knitters may prefer to work in the round and work the sleeves downwards.

The kit is available in all nine sizes, please note these are the finished garment sizes including 10cm/4 inches positive ease. Sample knitted in size 6.

Finished measurements
The straight shaping and sleeve setting mean there is positive ease of around 10cm / 4 inches.
Historically, Guernseys would have been close fitting, so if you want a traditional tight fit make the size smaller than you would normally use, otherwise to wear over other things and for more of a tunic style make the size larger.
