Moss & Stone Mittens – Project Kit

These lovely mittens were designed especially for us by Kyoko Nakayoshi, using our Blacker Swan DK. Kyoko is the designer behind Glove Genie, where she shares her lifelong passion for glove and mitten knitting.

The Moss and Stone Mittens are knitted in beautifully soft and lofty Blacker Swan DK. The design takes direct inspiration from the yarn’s squishy, springy character, featuring a central ribbed cable panel framed by richly textured moss stitch. With a choice of size options to fit children (6-8 years), youth/women and men.

Worked from the bottom up with a cosy double-rib cuff, these mittens are warm, stretchy, and deeply satisfying to knit. The sample pair shown were knitted in undyed Sand shade.
