Christiane was originally inspired to create the subtle shading of this shawl after a visit to the Scottish Isle of Skye. The shawl/scarf is crocheted in a simple and rhythmic shell pattern, ideal for those new to crochet.

Shown here in three shades of our limited edition Cornish Garden birthday yarn (no longer available), we think it would also work beautifully in any of our 4-ply ranges especially our Samite 4-ply or Tamar 4-ply ranges. You will need 3 x 100g skeins in different shades.
