|Yarn Thickness for Pattern||Guernsey|
|Garment Type||Jumpers & Sweaters|
This is a very straightforward, traditional fisherman's Gansey design. To make Ganseys waterproof, they were worked in a dense fabric. This jumper comes in a wide range of sizes, graded every 5 cm / 2 inches from medium to extra large. Historically, Guernseys would have been close fitting, so if you want a traditional tight fit make the size smaller than you would normally use.
