Kew Gardens Cardigan – Project Kit
We are delighted to be able to offer a project kit for this delightful cardigan designed by Emma Vining.
Emma says the delicate cable pattern on the Kew Gardens cardigan features leaf motifs which gradually enlarge in size from the lower edge to the upper body. The pattern panel is worked on a reverse stocking stitch background on either side of the front band. The leaf pattern panels are also worked in the centre of the garment back, and a little leaf motif runs up the centre of the sleeves. The cardigan is knitted flat from the bottom up and front bands are knitted in rib pattern at the same time as the fronts.
Your kit will contain the pattern and sufficient skeins of Tamar DK for your chosen size, and is presented in one of our cotton Blacker Yarns tote bags. The sample is knitted in Tiddy Brook, but you can pick from any of our lovely Tamar shades.
