Child’s Temptation Poncho and Hat Kit
Designed by Tatsiana Matsiuk of Vitalina Craft this beautiful poncho and hat kit is called Temptation, and you might well be tempted to knit both. Both items are knitted in our Westcountry Tweed Aran weight wool, which makes it a really cosy and practical garment. The samples are knitted in Carribbean Storm, but you can pick from any of our tweedy shades.
The set is stylish and super cosy. A modern makeover of a traditional poncho, the poncho’s oversized cables with fancy bobbles on simple textured background of reverse stockinette are set off by a comfortable turtleneck collar and deep modified raglan sleeves.
Designed with a busy child’s lifestyle in mind this poncho will keep your little explorer away from wind and cold. The matching hat with a big pompom makes a perfect addition to the outfit.
Temptation set is a quick and fancy project for those who love cables. Aran weight yarn and medium size knitting needles make the knitting process quick and enjoyable. The knitting pattern is easy to follow and suitable for intermediate knitters. It has row-by-row instructions, cable charts and a helpful photo tutorial.
