Welsh breeds

Welsh breeds

Here you can find Black Welsh Mountain, a good outdoor wool, along with the rarer Llanwenog and some very soft Welsh Mule. We have also included Manx Loagthan, as the Isle of Man could possibly be nearer to Wales than England!

Try putting them together for interesting colour contrasts or mixing with some the paler heathered blends.

For more detailed information on TENSION/GAUGE, please refer to the 4-ply and finer, 5-ply guernsey yarns, Double Knitting, Aran and Chunky pages which give data on needles and swatches. The yarns are normally in 50g balls, unless otherwise described on the Details tab on each individual product page.
