This yarn is made of natural very dark chocolate Hebridean fleeces blended wiith mohair, to enhance the softness and ability to work with dyes. The natural collours are a lovely charcoal and then we add rich gold, olive and purple to make great depth and density.

The gold is almost bronze, the olive a deep rich greeyn and the purple a blue-berry or black-currant colour - lovely!

Any of our existing classic patterns will do attractive variegated stripes and remember that 2 strands of 4-ply together make a great tweedy aran yarn.
