Porthtowan Beanie and Slouch – Project Kit

Faye Perriam-Reed has designed for us the Porthtowan Beanie and Slouch, an airy lightweight hat worked in Blacker Yarns Bam-boozle 4-ply. Faye says it is perfect for Spring days when there is still a bit of a chill in the air but can be worn all year around. The pattern is cast on in the round and is worked from the bottom up and there are two options to work a beanie or slouchy hat. After working the 1×1 rib hem, you will begin the 36 row lace pattern repeat. Instructions are both written and charted.

Our kit contains either 1 or 2 of our 50g Bam-boozle 4-ply 50g skeins, depending on the size and style you choose to knit. It will arrive with the pattern in one of our recyclable cardboard boxes.

The pattern is written so you can work the lace from a written pattern or chart, depending on your preference.

The samples in our photos are knitted in Charcoal and Turquoise shades and , but you can pick from any of our gorgeous Bam-boozle shades.
