The Hebridean sheep have very dark brown fleeces that gradually grey with age, so the wool is bitter chocolate in colour with occasional silvery hints.

The fibre is of medium thickness, so suitable for outer wear or next to less sensitive skins. We supply in Double Knitting and Aran weights.
